1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated as you use Accendion, and technical information needed to keep the service reliable.
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, sign-in details, profile settings, and account status.
- Contact details: phone number, email address, and support identifiers used for verification, support, and service messages.
- Device and notification information: device tokens, notification preferences, delivery status, and related app or browser information.
- Subscription and payment information: selected plan, billing duration, amount, payment status, transaction reference, UTR, and manual verification notes.
- Stock and research activity: searched companies or symbols, watchlist items, saved workspace state, chart ranges, AI research prompts, generated reports, and feature usage.
- Usage and technical data: browser, device type, approximate diagnostics, log events, error data, IP-derived security signals, and interaction data needed to improve and protect Accendion.
- Support communications: messages, questions, screenshots or files you choose to share, and our replies through email, WhatsApp, phone, or in-app support.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Accendion. This includes creating and authenticating accounts, restoring saved watchlists and workspace state, delivering stock search and research features, operating Accendion AI, processing subscription access, responding to support requests, sending service notices, preventing misuse, fixing errors, and meeting legal or app platform requirements.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
Accendion may collect payment-related details such as plan selection, billing duration, payment amount, payment method labels, transaction reference, UTR, and manual verification status so we can activate or reconcile subscriptions. Payment processors, banks, UPI providers, or platform payment services may process payment information under their own terms.
We do not ask for or store card passwords, bank passwords, full payment credentials, UPI PINs, or net-banking passwords. Do not send these sensitive credentials to Accendion support.
4. Notifications and Device Tokens
If you allow notifications, we may store a device token or similar identifier to send market alerts, account updates, subscription notices, support replies, and feature reminders. You can disable notifications through your device, browser, or app settings. Disabling notifications does not delete your account or subscription information.
5. Financial and Stock Activity
Accendion stores stock research activity such as searches, watchlists, chart context, market tools used, reports generated, and AI prompts or responses so the product can provide a consistent research workspace. Accendion is a research and information tool. It does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, and stock market information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying information before making financial decisions.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and subscription records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve product reliability. Retention periods may vary by data type and operational requirement.
You may request account deletion or data deletion by contacting us. Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, security, payment reconciliation, backup, or legitimate business purposes. When deletion is complete, some data may remain in backups for a limited period before being overwritten.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. No internet or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should keep your login credentials private and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.
9. Children's Privacy
Accendion is intended for users who are old enough to manage stock market research tools and subscriptions under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Accendion, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
10. User Choices
You can update profile information, manage theme and workspace preferences, remove watchlist items, disable notifications, unsubscribe from non-essential communications when available, and request access, correction, deletion, or support through our Contact Us page. Some account, subscription, and security communications are necessary to provide the service.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, operational, or security changes. When we make updates, we will revise the last updated date. Continued use of Accendion after an updated policy is posted means the updated policy applies from that date.
12. Privacy Requests
For access, correction, deletion, account, or privacy questions, use the dedicated Contact Us page and mention that your request is privacy-related.

ACCENDION is registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst (Registration No. INH000029777) and enlisted with BSE (Enlistment No. 7463). Registration or enlistment does not assure performance or returns.
